A:T/T:30% deposit,the balance against the copy of B/L Or irrevocable
L/C at sight
Q:What is your package?
A:Normally the package in KD.If customer need assembly,the end price
will be 2%-3% higher than KD.
Q:Do you offer desiging service?
A: If the customer need designing services, USD 50 will be charged for each kitchen, and the charge will be returned once the order have been set to us.
Q:Do you accept the sample order, like only 1 set kitchen?
A:If the quantity of project reach our minimum quantity, we could accept
the sample order. But the price will be 50% higher than the project price.
Regarding a sample of kitchen cabinet, we charge more than 100%. Small
door sample could be offered for free, but the freight should be bore by customer.
All the extra charge will be returned to you once the project have set to us.
Q:What is your MOQ for kitchen cabinet? What about your lead time?
A:The minimumordering quantity is one 20' GP, whic is about 6 sets regular kitchen cabinets.The lead time for the is around 30 days for the first container.But it varies with the season and the difficulty of each order.

Q:How do you handle an order?
A:1.Confirm the all the details(i.e materials for the carase and door panel,the hardware…)from
our customer.
2.Give the quotation according to the shopdrawing and specification which comes from the customer.
3.After confirm the quotation,our designer engage in the shop drawing (based on Auto CAD),
with all the necessary details and present to customer for approval.
4.Once the final drawing is confirmed with customer's signature, we issue the PI for deposit
arrangme. And then our engineer enter into the stage of calculating how many boards should be need in exact size and quantity of hardwares and then pass on to our production centre for preparation. 5.Enter into mass production,as soon as the deposit come to account.
